Fees, Payments, and Insurance:
We base our fees on our knowledge, expertise, materials, and service. You will find them consistent with the high-quality dental care we give you.
A written estimate will be provided for all treatment. If you have dental insurance, a pre-determination will be sent to the insurance company. Please keep in mind that the insurance policy is an agreement between you, your employer, and the insurance company. As a courtesy to our patients, we will accept assignment of insurance benefits, in most cases depending upon the insurance policy. All co-payments are due upon professional services being rendered. We cannot make any guarantees of any estimated coverage, but we will do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits. As a reminder, you are always responsible for the total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
We will be happy to make financial arrangements for extended treatment. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
